Alter Ego Video Game Review

Alter Ego is a dark game with a dramatic storyline. The name itself explains the gameplay as you take the roles of two very different people. For those who enjoy action packed adventures, like me, this is the game for you.

You get to alternate between a young thief and an English detective. During a numerous amount of strange murders in the area, the two are ultimately forced together to find out what happened.

What was most memorable about the gameplay would be the high resolution graphics and the the voices of the two characters. The voices were strong and with the English accent, it surely added to the overall gaming experience. Also if your not a big fan of accents, you will also have access to sub titles.

The gameplay for the game is basic and pretty simple for beginners. Using the keyboard and mouse, you search for objects that "glow" to help solve your mystery. When an object does "glow" you can select it. In some rooms there will be plenty of treasures for you to find but in others there may only be a couple. Also, the game does have little puzzles that you will have to complete. Also since this game does have a story-line, replayability will probably be hard. I know myself personally only like to play these type of games a couple of times before i get bored. It's one of those games that you would play for a couple hours and not go back to it.

This was definately a fun game... especially for a mystery style type of genre. I enjoyed the overall experience of playing it and I for one didn't care much for the ending. However It's a cute game that i would definately recommend to my readers. Especially those who have an interest in these sorts of game.
